You'll either receive an email or a telephone call from one licensed sales person only, and that person is me. Your information will not be placed on a list, available for many other agents to call you, or sold--ever.
Remember, you are never under any obligation or pay any fee, ever, when you work with me.
Please also know that the following things are against Medicare's guidelines for agents to do:
No one can show up at your doorstep and ask to meet with you about your Medicare insurance.
No one can make disparaging remarks about a competitor's coverage and why you should not be interested in that carrier's plan.
No one can place a telephone call to you unless you've initiated the call and await a response. Agents may call their clients, however, in the course of doing business.
Agents may now send unsolicited emails, as long as they comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. The email must clearly provide an ability to opt out or unsubscribe from the emails. There are other regulations agents must follow to remain compliant with email communication and avoid fines.
Clients recently wrote me a note expressing thanks for my work on their behalf when I helped them with a matter that required attention with their Medicare insurance plan. This assistance, or advocacy, is what I offer you when I enroll you in your plan. Even in the best of circumstances, things happen. When they do, I am available to assist until the matter is resolved to your satisfaction. This is my pledge to you.
